Note: For those building outside of properly coded jurisdictions like MN or CO, when your builder tells you your ceiling drywall will be screwed as will the walls for the exception of sheer walls and the garage, they do not mean you will actually have at least 50% screws. Nope, you'll be getting nails and literally SCREWED. Ah ... cheap, slapped-up homes of the south ... built by illegals so blatant they don't even have a US license plate, unless Sinaloa is a new state that I don't know about.
